TERMS AND CONDITIONS : Lucky Referrer Contest

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of the Lucky Referrer Contest ("Contest") apply between A2zJobs.in and You. By submitting 'Send Recommendation' option, You agree to be unconditionally bound by the Terms for participating in the Contest.

1. The Contest opens on 1st Day of every calender month. A2zJobs may, in its sole discretion, withdraw the Contest at any time without any notice.
2. The Contest is open only for persons resident in India.
3. In order to participate, You must register with A2zJobs by logging on to www.A2zJobs.in, navigating to the Contest Page, and referring one or more of your contacts ("Friend/s") to A2zJobs by providing the details mentioned below. You may log on from any computer in India.
4. In the Contest Page, You must fill in details in all the fields marked as "mandatory" or "*", including your name and email id, the name/s and email/s of your Friend/s. You may refer any number of Friend/s, and there is no upper limit on the references. Once You provide all requisite details in full, the Friends You have referred will receive an automated electronic mail from You. This registration is valid till withdrawal of the contest by A2zJobs.
5. A2zJobs shall keep confidential all information You disclose during the registration and referral process; the terms of A2zJobs’s privacy policy shall apply to all such information.
6. In order for You to be eligible to win a prize for a particular lucky draw, at least one Friend/s You have referred must register at A2zJobs website before the closing date for that particular lucky draw. If none of Your Friend/s register A2zJobs website before the closing date for that particular lucky draw, You will not be eligible to win. In addition to the condition aforesaid, your friend, whose name picked in the lucky draw, must say that you are familiar or known to him/her on a telephone enquiry by A2zJobs after the lucky draw.
7. The winner of the Contest is chosen by a lucky draw conducted by A2zJobs from a list of names/email ids of all the users (Friend/s or references of all the contestants) who registered A2zJobs before closing date for each lucky draw. The lucky draw is conducted at regular intervals, using a computer, at the discretion of A2zJobs. As a contestant, you will not have the right to insist the draw be held on particular date or time. In each lucky draw all winners are declared. You may win the prize for more than one lucky draw, depending on the fulfilment of the conditions in Clause
8. A2zJobs may increase or decrease the number of winners at its sole discretion at any time without any notice.
9. If You have referred more than one Friend, and all of their names are picked in the lucky draw, You will get a prize for each such Friend referred.
10. If it is found that the name/email id of member selected in the draw have been referred by more than one contestant, i.e. You and someone else, A2zJobs may, in its sole discretion, declare both You and such other person/s as winners, or conduct another draw to pick one as the winner, or require all such contestants to share the value of the prize or declare the person who referred the caller selected first as the winner.
11. Details of the prizes to be given to winners of the Contest in each lucky draw shall be available on the contest page of www.A2zJobs.in. A2zJobs may alter the prizes for lucky draw at its sole discretion.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cash alternative.
13. The winners will be notified by an e-mail or through a contact number given for participation or by declaration on the Contest Page at www.A2zJobs.in. The Winners must give their photo identity and residential proof within 7 days of notification/declaration. In case the winner failed to produce identity and residential proof documents within the stipulated period the prize of the winner automatically stands forfeited and the winner shall have no right to claim the prize thereafter.
14. Mode of delivery of Prizes will be at the sole discretion of A2zJobs. Cost of traveling and other incidental expenses to and from residence to the nearest A2zJobs branch location shall be borne by the winners in case A2zJobs request the winner to collect the prizes. In case A2zJobs opt for home delivery, cost of packing, delivery, Shipping, courier, postage, and other incidental charges, if any, and risk of prizes shall be borne by the winners. In any case submission of identity proof within the stipulated period and related forfeiture on non-submission are applicable.
15. A2zJobs is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts (including non-delivery due to non-payment of delivery, shipping or other charges) by any dealer/retailer, shipping/courier agents or postal authorities to deliver the prizes to the winner. Further the prize also stands forfeited if (a) the winner not paid Cost of Shipping or courier charges to receive the prize, (b) prizes lost in transit, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts by any shipping/courier agents or postal authorities to deliver the prizes to the winner.
16. A2zJobs makes no warranties about the Contest, or prizes, and disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
17. A2zJobs shall not be liable for: a) any email delivery failures; b) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive/ retrieve entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons; c) other conditions beyond its reasonable control and d) any damage or loss (whether direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from any personal injury or death, or loss of damage or property You suffer by participating in the Contest. A2zJobs’s liability to You for direct damages shall be limited only to the value of individual prize You have / may have won in the Contest during any particular lucky draw.
18. A2zJobs reserves the right to delete / alter / modify the content and or / the terms and conditions at its own discretion and without any prior notice and / or assigning any reason. Therefore, the participant is advised to regularly check for any amendment(s) or update(s) to the terms and conditions.
19. The Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest or Terms shall be decided by arbitration conducted in English at Mumbai by a sole arbitrator who will be the Chief Executive Officer of A2zJobs. Subject to the above, the Parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
